- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).
Shipping Time
- Karachi deliveries: 1–3 business days
- Other major cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,000
- A standard shipping fee (based on your location) will apply to orders below Rs. 5,000
